We are seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be in charge of supporting and educating Hexoskin clients on how to best use Hexoskin products and solutions in different contexts. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and interact with colleagues throughout the company, including biomedical, software, hardware, and design teams. This is an ideal position for someone who is result-oriented and passionate about delivering leading innovative products to a large international community.
Be an active ambassador of Hexoskin products and solutions during the full use cycle, from initial contact to project completion and post-implementation support.
Inform and educate prospective and Hexoskin clients about the best monitoring solutions to fulfill their objectives using supporting documentation and scientific information.
Conduct targeted literature reviews to support sales proposals, tender responses, and client grant applications.
Develop user guides and documentation to support the user and patient experience.
Train new clients and team members on best practices and data interpretation.
Support clients in their technical usage of Hexoskin products and advise them on the best technology architecture and data flows to achieve their goals.
Assist clients and partners with study protocol design, including the definition of clinical endpoints and statistical planning.
Support clinical studies and special projects.
Disseminate scientific knowledge through different media such as webinars, short articles, abstracts, white papers, podcasts, and newsletters.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Hexoskin Community of users and partners.
Gather feedback and report to the product team for future developments.
Perform technical testing and validation of new software features and hardware.
Flawless English and French oral & written communication skills. Spanish or other languages are a plus.
Life sciences or healthcare-related postgraduate degree.
3-5 years of experience in a related medical, research, or clinical environment (Cardiology, Respiratory, Neurology, Kinesiology, Sleep, or Chronic Diseases).
Experience with clinical environments is a plus.
Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.
